This loan is designed for the immediate needs of the families of the OFWs and Seamen.

- Copy of Allottment Slip
- Proof of Remittance (at least Php25,000.00)
- Copy of Latest Contract of Employment
- Contract, if married
- Original copy of POEA Information Sheet
- Latest proof of remittance
